In 1988, Senkler & Associates merged with Coldwell Banker where Brigitte became Vice President and top producer. For the past 20 years, she has been involved in nearly every record-breaking residential transaction in Middlesex County including the sale of an 8.6 million dollar Concord estate in May 2012; setting the record for the highest sale ever recorded in the town of Concord. Brigitte has been named the No. 1 Coldwell Banker agent in New England every year since 1998 and in 2011 was ranked No. 6 among sales associates in North America. In 2011, the Wall Street Journal named her No. 39 of the top 250 real estate professionals in the U.S. and among the top one percent in real estate sales internationally.
Amy Pasley’s career began in 1992 as a project manager on the design, building, and marketing of commercial properties serving the advertising and entertainment industries in Boston and New York. Amy knew then, as she knows now, that the real estate industry and she are a perfect fit! For over 10 years, Amy has been a licensed Massachusetts sales person and a dynamic Senkler Team member.
A resident of Concord for 16 years, Amy is actively involved within the community with two children enrolled in the Concord school system. Her connection to the community, extensive real estate knowledge and reputation for impeccable customer service enables her to successfully pair buyers with sellers in seamless real estate transactions. Smart, savvy and passionate about real estate, Amy is a true asset to The Senkler Team.
Peggy Dowcett joined The Senkler Team at the beginning of 2012 bringing her unique and valuable real estate background that reaches far beyond that of a typical sales person. As a former principal of Dowcett & Associates, a local company that built custom luxury homes, she has been involved in buying and selling real estate in the area for over 15 years. Peggy is well-versed in marketing new construction, residential resale properties, condominiums, land acquisition and horse properties. Her interpersonal skills, community involvement, dedication to the sales process, and knowledge of the local real estate market are key to her reputation for exceeding the needs of our clients. Peggy has lived in the area since 1992 and has enjoyed raising her family in the community. She brings her considerable attention to detail, commitment to our clients, broad network of connections, professional and technological skills.
Kathleen Povall is the Senkler Team’s marketing coordinator responsible for the Team’s marketing collateral, direct mail campaigns, media advertisements, and unique property brochures specifically designed to capture the essence of each individual property.
Kathleen’s background in Real Estate spans 25 years working in various aspects of the industry including relocation, sales administration, marketing and real estate sales. Prior to her real estate career, she worked as a sales administration manager for a Dun & Bradstreet software company in Connecticut. Kathleen raised her family in Newtown, CT and now lives in Westford, MA with her husband, Rob.
Ellen Rogers is the Senkler Team’s transaction coordinator – managing and guiding all our transactions through closing. Her extensive network enables her to work with town departments, attorneys, contractors to ensure that each and every transaction is as seamless and smooth as possible and our clients are happy.
As a 20 year Concord resident, she raised her 5 children through the Concord Carlisle public school system and has been very involved in their school and athletic activities over the years. Prior to her real estate immersion on the Senkler Team, Ellen had a 25 year career in high-tech as a marketing executive. She is also the well-known author of Kasey to the Rescue: the Remarkable Story of a Monkey and a Miracle. Ellen lives in Concord with her two college age daughters, her son, Ned and his little helper monkey, Kasey.
