Brigitte Senkler

has been a real estate broker for over 40 years. In 1981, she founded and became President of Senkler & Associates, Inc., which grew to be recognized as the leading, independentlyowned real estate company in the Boston area. This outstanding achievement was attained through long hours, limitless energy, meticulous attention to detail, and complete knowledge of the market area.

In 1998, Senkler & Associates merged with Coldwell Banker where Brigitte became Vice President and top producer. For over 20 years she has been involved in nearly every record-breaking residential transaction in Middlesex County, including the sale of a $19,207,500 Concord estate in June of 2018; setting the record for the highest sale ever recorded in Concord.

Brigitte has been named the No. 1 Coldwell Banker agent in New England every year since 1998.

Amy Pasley

began her career in real estate over 25 years ago as a project manager on the design, building, marketing and sales of commercial properties serving the advertising and entertainment industries in Boston and New York. Amy knew then, as she knows now, that the real estate industry and she are a perfect fit. In 2002, Amy became one of the founding members of the newly formed team bringing her advanced business training (MBA) and extensive real estate sales and marketing experience, contributing greatly to our top sales production year after year. An actively involved resident of Concord for 21 years, Amy’s deep knowledge of her community and surrounding towns, well-honed negotiating skills, and reputation for impeccable customer service, enables her to successfully pair buyers and sellers in seamless, stress-free real estate transactions. Smart, savvy and passionate about every aspect of real estate, Amy is a true asset to our team.

Peggy Dowcett

joined the team in 2012 bringing her unique and valuable real estate background that reaches far beyond that of a typical salesperson. As a former principal of Dowcett & Associates, a local company that built custom luxury homes, she has been involved in buying and selling real estate in the area for over 20 years.

Peggy is well-versed in marketing new construction, residential properties, horse properties, condominiums and land acquisition. Her interpersonal skills, community involvement, dedication to the sales process and knowledge of the local real estate market are key to her reputation for exceeding the needs of our clients.

Peggy has lived in the area since 1992 and enjoyed raising her family here. She brings her considerable attention to detail, commitment to our clients, broad network of connections, professional and technological skills, and passion for a positive real estate experience to our team.

Abby Marsh is our team Sales Specialist– as a licensed Realtor, Abby brings a positive energy and a 16-year background in sales, technology and interior design, complementing our continued and unparalleled, 24/7 client service experience for all of our Sellers & Buyers.

As a Concord native, her love of community and extensive 30+ year knowledge of the area makes her an unparalleled asset for any homebuyer or seller. In her free time, Abby loves playing tennis, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Ellen Rogers is our team Transaction Manager and licensed Realtor– managing and guiding all through a smooth and successful closing. Her extensive network enables her to work collaboratively and expediently with town departments, attorneys, contractors and others imperative to the sale of our homes to ensure that every transaction is seamless and our clients are happy.

In addition, Ellen is Brigitte’s Personal Assistant and has lived in Concord for 25 years, raised her 5 children here, is very involved in the community and is also the well-known author of Kasey to the Rescue: the Remarkable Story of a Monkey and a Miracle.

Cheryl Carbeau is our team Sales Support Administrator with a wide range of responsiblities that only partially include managing our client database, composing sales contracts, property walk-thrus to finalize listing details, all signage, smoke alarm certifications before closing and maintaining our team calendar.

Cheryl too lives in town and is raising her family here. With a breadth of experience in home decor and interior design, she often assists in the beautiful staging at many of our listings as well.

Laura Massei is our team Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator bringing a 16 year skillset of corporate experience to her work. Her focus every day is presenting an impactful visual brand for our team and she is responsible for all things creative— including our property marketing, unique listing brochures, direct mail campaigns, advertising, email, social media and more.

When not in the office, Laura enjoys time with family, friends and abstract painting from her home art studio, JULY DESIGN.
